In KAGes’ 20 hospitals and in one nursing home about 250.000 inpatients and 600.000 outpatients a year receive the best medical and nursing care and personal support. To enable the employees to use the company-specific intranet-products effectively, a basic IT qualification was required.

 

To provide the employees with the necessary IT knowledge, bit schulungscenter developed a special training curriculum together with the customer. The IT trainings as well as the training material were tailor-made for the company. Additionally, intra-corporate procedures and processes were represented within the trainings.
The whole planning of the trainings, invitation of the training participants as well as administration and organisation were realised by bit schulungscenter.
